PlaniFeines is a “freeware” program developed for PC/Windows, which allows you to: • define the resources and services of your organization, • define your customers, • define habitual jobs delivered to your customers, • assign resources and services to them, • plan jobs manually and/or automatically, • manage them interactively and finally, • value them to aid in its billing process.

PlaniFeines is oriented to the centralized managing of jobs in small organizations with a limited number of resources and services, which intends to aid in: · the definition of habitual tasks delivered to customers, · automatic planning of periodic jobs, · manual planning of not periodic jobs, graphically and in an intuitive way, · assigning organization’s resources to them, · tracking resources’ activity, · valuing of the delivered services.
Optionally, it allows discount cheques managing on one of the delivered services. |
